Shipping policy

At Paxx Equestrian, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. During peak periods, such as holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery details.

All orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and selected European countries, with plans to expand to additional regions as Paxx grows.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping Method
All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

Delivery Time
Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
For regional areas, please allow 3–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Enjoy free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $150.
For all other domestic orders, we offer a flat rate of $14.99 Australia-wide.

International Shipping

We offer Australia Post Standard International shipping with tracking for all international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination. Estimated delivery times typically range between 8–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Important Information

Review Your Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout.

Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@paxxequestrian.com. We will do our best to update the delivery address if the order has not yet been processed. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking confirmation, we are unable to make changes.

Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend the parcel. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure orders arrive promptly, Paxx Equestrian is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen postal disruptions.
