The PAX-X Forage Ball® transforms hay feeding into active, curiosity-led enrichment. Horses have to move and interact with the ball to access the hay, creating opportunities for nudging, rolling, lifting and exploration. The natural rubber construction provides a quieter, more engaging feeding experience.
Carefully sized at 30cm, the Forage Ball® is designed for comfortable handling and playful engagement without feeling oversized or cumbersome. Star-shaped openings flex as horses interact with the ball, helping retain hay while creating more forgiving openings that are gentle on teeth and gums.
Integrated lick zones provide an additional sensory enrichment experience when paired with PAX-X Slow Lick™.

HOW TO USE
Fill with hay and hang to encourage stretching, movement and active foraging, or place it on the ground for rolling, nudging, and interactive play. The integrated handle allows horses to pick up and move the ball during play.
For additional enrichment, apply a small amount of PAX-X Slow Lick ™ to the textured panels when hanging.

Wipe clean or rinse with warm water as required. Use mild soap for a deeper clean. The flexible star-shaped openings are intentionally designed to flex under pressure. When using the ball on the ground, ensure the openings remain smaller than your horse's hoof to help reduce the risk of a hoof becoming caught. Inspect regularly and discontinue use if damaged.
